How we care for your information.
Draft — awaiting pastor and board approval
This demonstration site does not collect, send or store any information. The forms only show how the experience will work.
What we collect
Only what you choose to share so we can stay in touch: your name and, if you wish, an email or phone number and your interests. Sharing is always optional.
What we never collect
Health information, government ID numbers or payment details. We never sell or share your information, and we never treat guests as sales leads.
Who can see it
Only the leader responsible for follow-up, and the pastor when appropriate. Volunteers see totals, not your details.
How long we keep it
Proposed: contact details are deleted 12 months after our last contact unless you tell us to keep in touch. (Retention rule awaiting approval.)
Children
We do not collect children’s information online. Photos or videos of minors are only ever used with written parent permission.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to update or remove your information, and we will. Contact: [office contact to be added].
