Make the invitation simple, consistent and easy to share.

Adapt approved templates for print and digital use.
Time: 2–3 hours per campaign

Support digital promotion and capture stories — always with permission.
Time: 1–2 hours per campaign plus event coverage
Data & Follow-Up
Know whether guests return, and follow up warmly and respectfully.
Attendance Recorder
Collect consistent attendance counts with the approved method.
Time: 30–45 minutes on assigned Sabbaths
Guest Follow-Up Assistant
Send thank-you messages within 24–48 hours, only with permission.
Time: 1–2 hours after emphasis Sabbaths
Prayer
Every leadership area and every adopted place is covered in prayer.
Prayer Warrior
Pray weekly for one leadership area and up to five adopted places, confidentially.
Time: 15–20 minutes a week
PLUS ONE Kids, Teens, Studio, Neighbor (care for members who can’t attend) and Ride launch later in 2027, each only once its safeguarding and consent steps are in place.

- After 90 days we check in: is it still a good fit?
A “no” is a complete answer. Nobody will chase you.
